Hot Sherlyn Chopra Scenes on Kamasutra 3D 2013

The half-naked Sherlyn Chopra is the selling point of the trailer for Kamasutra 3D release on February 2014. The project comes from director Rupesh Paul (Saint Dracula 3D), who announced at Cannes last year that he wanted to make an epic based on the classic Indian sex manual "Kamasutra" written by Vātsyāyana, and it would appear as if he’s making that a reality.

The trailer depicts an army out at war, in the high-seas. The costumes of the warrior men in the film are very similar to those from Hollywood flick '300'. The trailer also seems to have a strong similarity to 'Pirates of the Caribbean.'

Set in the historical backdrop of war, 'Kamasutra 3D' is the journey of a soulful love embodied with betrayal and war. It weaves the transformative changes in body, mind and soul by the forbidden world of sexual love and sensuality.

Sherlyn Chopra, who plays an Indian princess in the film, is absolutely sensuous as she goes about perfecting the art of seduction in the film.

The Kamasutra 3D movie is about “a young and beautiful Indian princess (Chopra), who sets out on a voyage in search of her husband whom she got married to as a child. Amidst the extravaganzas of the most luxurious ship in the world, she goes through the most personal and transformative changes of body, mind and soul. An enigmatic fellow passenger — the god of good looks and the ‘Kamasutra’ master- introduces her to the forbidden world of sexual love and sensuality.”

Obviously there’s a fine line between epic filmmaking and Red Shoe Dairies with a plot like that, and it probably hurts the genuine appeal to use an actress like Chopra who caused waves in her home country for being the first Indian woman to pose nude in Playboy (and, you know, the historical accuracy of silicone). But even if Paul is a sensationalist — he’s also claiming he wants a Hollywood star for the sequel, which will be in gimmicky 4D — there’s hope that Kamasutra is taken more seriously and less soft-core.

'Kamasutra 3D' will be in Hindi and English. It is based on Vatsayana Kamasutra, an ancient Hindu text in Sanskrit literature. The movie is set in the backdrop of the real historical milieu.

There will be two versions of the film - an Indian version, which is a very mellowed down version and another for the rest of the world.
